match the footprint and elevations from the architects design
stepped roof form using north light for ‘sun free’ daylight as well as natural ventilation
lightweight and strong structure for installation on top of existing 1970's building
create lecture hall with raked seating and the flexibility to function as a multi-purpose hall and specialist space

Floor: Insulated Timber Cassettes / External walls: Timber Frame / Roof: Timber Cassettes / Supports: Glulams, Steel Beams & Steel windposts / U values (W/m²·K): 0.19 floor, 0.22 walls and 0.18 roof
