South-West based Contractor selects Dynamic as specialist offsite construction partner.
Dynamic Offsite will provde Design for Manufacture and Assembly (DfMA), manufacture and installation for this standardised learning space.
The requirements for this sustainable education building include:
optimise and digitally design the components for the structure (BIM)
minimising carbon dioxide emissions and energy use during construction and use
achieve low u-values and minimise thermal bridging
detailing and strategy to achieve air tightness targets
simplifying the delivery and installation and activities for the follow on trades
