Dynamic Offsite revisit project with a local developer who saved time and money in the transition to Modern Methods of Construction.
Dynamic played a key role in proving the benefits of building with modern methods of construction for a local developer who required a fast and accredited solution to achieve a weathertight structure prior to flood season.

The new homes are part of a small, prestigious gated development, set within a historic World Heritage Site only a mile from the world famous Iron bridge that was erected over the River Severn in 1779.

The timber framed four bedroom townhouses meet the requirement of local planning and look identical to the neighbouring traditionally constructed homes.

"This is the only the start of our long term strategy to work this local developer to deliver well designed, low energy homes across the Midlands. The transition from traditional to offsite methods is not easy, but, we smoothed the process and look forward to delivering more quality homes" Gavin Wilkes, Director.
